Experience

Focus on Useful Solutions:

My contributions to metadata and taxonomic solutions are built on a broad background in both metadata systems and the contexts they serve. I have worked on many international standards for web-based applications, so I know how to integrate these into useful solutions. I led the development and application of metadata standards and taxonomies. I led the development of products. I have had positions of management responsibility and understand the need for practical results. See some Concrete Examples. I have worked within budgets and schedules. I work directly with a technical team, bringing in my experience from many disciplines (Background) in a variety of contexts. I bring experience in team dynamics to the task, creating an engaging experience that produces practical results of real value to the enterprise.
